Welcome to this charming, 4-bed/2-bath/2 floor New England farmhouse in Salem, NH. Built in 1825, this recently renovated, stylish, home is close to Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village & MGH. Conveniently located near the highway w/Boston just 35-40 min away & Manchester 20 min away. This charming home has 3 queen sized beds, a full & twin to accommodate up to 9 guests. Ideal for families, groups, or those seeking a peaceful escape, our farmhouse offers the perfect blend of modern comfort & rustic charm. Pets allowed with $100 per pet fee
There are 2 exterior cameras installed on the outside, street facing, doors. These cameras are in place to provide an additional layer of security for our guests. The cameras record both video and sound, but only in the exterior areas of the property.
The footage from these cameras will only be used for security purposes or in the event of an incident. There are no cameras or sound recording devices inside the property.
Please excuse our exterior appearance while there is some construction taking place in the barn on the property (just a dumpster in the driveway). This work is not inside your unit, but you may notice some workers in the area.
